Memphis possibly pushes 2017 Class to 25 Recruits with OT John Dale

247Sports is reporting that Kemper County offensive tackle John Dale Jr. has verbally committed to the University of Memphis. No other recruiting service has backed the report yet. If Dale did commit to Memphis, the Tigers 2017 class appears to be full with 25 recruits.
Dale, listed at 6-6, 300 pounds, is an overpowering right tackle for the Wildcats. The De Kalb area squad is off to a 5-1 start to their 2016 season with Dale blowing open holes running back Rondarius Gowdy and dual-threat quarterback Eric Clark Jr.
If Memphis has accepted Dale’s commitment, that will have beaten out offers from Louisiana Tech, Jackson State, Tulane, Southern Miss, and Mississippi State.
