Fun Q&A with South Terrebonne RB Cristian Wallis

Cristian Wallis had a monster senior season for the South Terrebonne Gators in Bourg, Louisiana. The 5’7” star running back ran for an incredible 1,864 yards and scored 29 total touchdowns. Wallis won many individual awards in 2014 including First-Team All-District running back, First-Team All-District kick returner, District 8-4A Offensive MVP, First-Team All-Region MVP, First-Team All-Region running back, and First-Team All-State.

In an exclusive interview we talked to Cristian about his senior season. We also took time to ask Cristian some questions so people will get to know the star running back better and know what he is like off the field.

What is your favorite movie and why?

We Are Marshall, makes me think of sophomore year when we started from nothing with no chemistry then senior year we had one of the best seasons in school history and we were the third team ever in school history to reach the state quarterfinals.”

What is your favorite type of music?

“Rap.”

Who is your favorite musician?

“J. Cole.”

Do you have a pregame ritual?

“Pray and then hug and kiss my girlfriend.”

What is your favorite holiday?

“Christmas.”

What other sports did you play in high school?

“Basketball and track.”

What is your favorite sport to watch outside of football?

“The NBA.”

What is your favorite sports team outside of football?

“The Golden State Warriors.”

Who is your favorite basketball player?

“Steph Curry.”

Who is your favorite all-time football player?

“LaDamien Tomlinson (former San Diego Chargers running back).”
