Halfway between Lafayette and Lake Charles in the little town of Iota, tight end Owen Harmon is starting to make a name for himself on the Bulldogs’ offense. Through the first four games of the 2020 season, the junior playmaker has caught 20 passes for 372 yards and seven touchdowns against Louisiana 3A defenses.

The 6’3”, 190-pound, standout has tremendous size, catching ability, and route running skills making him a tough matchup for corners and safeties. He also does a great job of breaking tackles and fighting for extra yards using his abilities to play in the slot or lined up on the outside.

It’s only a matter of time before this Class of 2022 recruit sees his recruiting process explode.

In an exclusive Recruiting News Guru interview, I caught up with Owen to talk about his junior season at Iota.
