Top Performing College Football RNG Interviewees Week 8

Here at RNG, we are continuing to celebrate the high school talents interviewed who have been a part of our history now making their mark at the collegiate level. Week 8 of the college football season saw No. 8 Penn State upset by unranked Indiana, No. 9 Cincinnati remain in the hunt for a College Football Playoff berth, and LSU find their footing in a 52-24 win at home against South Carolina.

The RNG College Football Player of the Week, Nevada’s quarterback Carson Strong (Class of 2018). Strong hit on 39 of 52 pass attempts for 420 yards with four touchdowns without throwing an interception. During his freshman season in 2019, Strong threw for 1,933 yards with 10 touchdowns.
