One of the teams with the highest expectations entering Arkansas’ 2016 high school football season is Robinson. The Arkansas squad finished 9-3 in 2015 but returns a full complement of players on both sides of the ball including rising Class of 2018 recruit Hunter Swoboda.

Swoboda took the Natural State by storm during his sophomore season coming up with seven passes for 134 yards with two scores playing tight end along with a team-high 119 tackles with seven tackles for a loss, two sacks, two forced fumbles and a recovery playing defensive end.

Recruiting interest quickly spread across the country with team like Arkansas, Northwestern, Louisiana Tech, Princeton, Vanderbilt, Iowa State, and Clemson, among others, all eager to watch the progress of the 6’4”, 210 pound, playmaker during his junior campaign. In a Recruiting News Guru exclusive interview, I caught up with Swoboda for a quick overview on his offseason workouts gearing up for the 2016 schedule.

“I’m trying to get quicker and faster. I’m really working on those fast twitch muscles.”

“Summer workouts are going great and the conditioning is really getting the whole team in shape. This summer is going really well and this season is definitely going to be one to watch, not just for me, but for the whole Robinson Senator team.”

Hunter, good luck with the rest of our workouts heading into the 2016 season.
