The Razorbacks (1-2) are reeling from their second consecutive non-conference loss but have an opportunity to start fresh with their first SEC game of the 2015 season on Saturday. The task will not be easy facing No. 14 Texas A&M (3-0) in Arlington at AT&T Stadium, but the Hogs still have a strong foundation and could still play spoiler for a team or two this season.

On Monday Arkansas released their depth chart for the Aggies game with a couple of surprises. The buildup for some time has been the play of true freshman Dre Greenlaw at weak-side linebacker. Greenlaw was third on the team against Texas Tech with nine tackles getting the start against the Red Raiders in the Hogs’ modified 4-2-5 defense. For the Aggies’ contest, junior linebacker Brooks Ellis moves back to middle linebacker, where he has started the past two seasons, and Greenlaw settles in at “Will.”

The rotation at middle linebacker has changed since the start of the season. With Ellis back in the middle, redshirt freshman Josh Harris is listed at second-string at “Mike.” Sophomore Khalia Hackett moves from Mike to second-string strong-side linebacker behind Josh Williams. Backing up Greenlaw at Will is sophomore Dwayne Eugene.

Injuries have taken a toll on Arkansas’ offense, especially at the wide receiver position. Senior starter Keon Hatcher is out as well as Jared Cornelius and Cody Hollister. Cornelius suffered a broken arm on his lone catch against Tech on Saturday, a 34-yard reception. With three of the Hogs’ top receivers out, the youth movement is underway. Junior Drew Morgan gets the nod opposite redshirt freshman Jojo Robinson and sophomore Kendrick Edwards. The second-team unit is Damon Mitchell, Dominque Reed, and Luke Rossi.

Running back Kody Walker missed the Tech game with a hand injury but is listed as the teams’ starting fullback against the Aggies. With the switch from fullback to running back, true freshman Rawleigh Williams moves to second-string running back behind Alex Collins.
