Alright we are at the LA Nike Opening Regional today with Class of 2018 quarterback Mason Quandt. Mason, how is it going today?

“It is going pretty good. How are you?”

Very well. Thanks for asking. You just recently transferred to Sierra Canyon, you have been working hard this off-season what are some of the areas of your game you’ve been working on?

“Speed, my footwork, and going through my progressions against defenses.”

How is all that work translating for you today? Are you feeling good out there at the camp?

“Yeah. I feel really smooth and feel really well competing against all the top guys.”

What has you excited about the rest of the camp? Are you ready to sling it around?

“Yeah. I’m ready for the one-on-ones.”

We all are. Now, you’re recruiting interest is soaring. Which schools are showing interest?

“UNLV, Eastern Washington, Michigan, all most all of the Ivy League schools. They are waiting on my test scores and then will probably pull the trigger.”

Very cool. Do you have some upcoming visits?

“Yeah. The next two weeks I am going to try to make it out to UNLV, they’ve been trying to get me out, and to Eastern Washington.”

Very exciting. Alright Mason, I know we do not have much time so we’ll have to cut it short. Thanks and good luck with the rest of the camp.

“Thank you very much.”
