Cal keeps adding solid recruits to their 2016 recruiting class keeping a Top 20 ranking to date. On Monday, the Golden Bears added do-everything Mississippi athlete Jordan Duncan raising the stock of the class.

Duncan is the true definition of a football “ATH.” The 6’2”, 193 pound, talent is a two-way star for Oak Grove lining up at cornerback and safety and at wide receiver on offense. Duncan’s playmaking abilities have helped the Warriors to back-to-back state championship game berths winning in 2013.

College recruiters love Duncan’s size and speed. Where he plays at the next level is still up in the air but he has made a lasting mark on offense. During his sophomore season he had 65 receptions for 926 yards with 10 touchdowns. His junior campaign was even better pulling down 71 passes for 1,207 yards with 14 scores.

The Hattiesburg area talent has roughly 13 offers from top schools like Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Ole Miss, West Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi State, Louisville, and North Carolina among others. Duncan has made unofficial visits to Mississippi State, camped with Ole Miss and Florida but fell in love with Cal. He made the commitment official on Twitter posting, “It’s (sic) Official! “I AM A CAL BEAR”! #CalGang16 LET’S GOOOOO #OG Stand Up.”
