D’Najee Whosendove verbally commits to the Georgia Bulldogs

On Saturday evening around 9:15 pm ET South Carolina wide receiver/cornerback D’Najee Whosendove verbally committed to the University of Georgia.

The 6’0”, 175 pound, two-way star played for South Aiken High School in 2014 but will suit up for Allendale-Fairfax in 2015. During his sophomore campaign Whosendove had 22 receptions for 450 yards with eight touchdowns. On the other side of the ball Whosendove came up with 44 tackles and one pick.

Several schools have shown interest in Whosendove including South Carolina, N.C. State, Georgia Southern, Florida, Clemson, Auburn, and Kentucky with an offer from Georgia coming just days ago.

In a direct message Whosendove confirmed he is being recruited by the Bulldogs as a cornerback as part of the 2017 recruiting class.

June 1, 2015: 10:38 am ET tweet from D’Najee Whosendove (@Najee___) read:

“I’ve decided to #CommitToTheG ⚫️⚪️🔴🐶🏈@StacyPriest @HogManInLa @RyanBartow@UGAAthletics.”

Whosendove later pulled/deleted the tweet. In a direct text from Whosendove, he wrote, “Something’s going on with the offers supposedly they’re not real.”

This is all fake. I played with him. He only played offense and he had 1 interception in a scrimmage during the summer and was no where near 44 tackles. Maybe 9 at the most. He supposedly “committed” to north texas then took a trip to Florida then carolina then auburn and after he committed to auburn he decommitted. Hes lying.
