All that scuttlebutt became just that on Monday when the former Gator was charged on four felony counts.

Jerald Christopher Jackson, a former Immokalee, Florida high school standout, reportedly entered a home with two other men on April 11. Early reports had Jackson leaving the residence as the two other men robbed the victim at gunpoint pressing the gun to the acquaintance’s head. The robbers took off with $382, two video game consoles, and an undisclosed amount of marijuana, and along with it Jackson’s future in Gainesville.
