Fun interview with Paraclete High School OT Taylor Tuiasosopo

Written by Ryan Wright

Taylor Tuiasosopo was an anchor on a senior laden offensive line for Paraclete High School (Lancaster, CA) in 2014. The 6’4”, 310 pound, offensive tackle helped plow a way for USC Class of 2016 running back commitment Melquise Stovall towards a 1,600 yard season and helped the Spirits to a 10-4 record.

The powerful big man is more than a space eater he’s also a technician having learned the intricacies of the position from his father Titus, a former USC Trojan lineman (1988-1991). Taylor’s play on the field has led to offers from University of San Diego and Montana State but more offers could be coming down the pipeline with schools like USC, UCLA, Cal, San Diego State, and San Jose State all showing interest.

I quizzed Taylor on all things football in a previous interview but I wanted to know what the big man was like off the field. In an ongoing Recruiting News Guru exclusive interview I put the latest in a long line of Tuiasosopo family members to have an impact on the sport of football through our “Getting to Know You” Q&A series.
