Green Oaks High School has a long history of producing college football talent with one of the most notable alumni being Tre’davious White, who played at LSU and is now with the Buffalo Bills. One of the next Giants’ stars who is certain to make the jump to the next level is senior athlete Khryie Poole. Poole has helped lead Green Oaks to a 2-2 record through the first four games of the 2018 season and is pushing the Shreveport program to the playoffs.

Poole, 6-1,170-pounds, is an athlete who can make plays on the ground and in the passing game. Using his versatile abilities, through the first four games of 2018 Poole has 143 rushing yards and 131 receiving yards. The Class of 2019 prospect currently has three college offers and is also drawing interest from several other college programs such as Baylor and North Texas.

Poole not only shines on the football field where he runs a 4.5 40-yard dash but also works hard in the classroom where he has 3.8 GPA.

In an exclusive Recruiting News Guru, I sat down with Khyrie to discuss his career at Green Oaks and his recruiting process.
