Newton Christian High School, located in Newton which is 30 miles north of Wichita, had a disappointing season in 2015 as the Railroaders finished their season just 1-8. In 2016, Newton looks to turn it around under the leadership of senior running back and cornerback Kade Remsberg.

Remsberg had a phenomenal junior season where he ran for 1,200 yards and scored 11 touchdowns. After the season he won several individual honors including being named a first team All-State defensive back by USA Today.

The 5’11”, 180 pound, playmaker uses his speed and change of direction skills to give opponents problems on both sides of the ball.

The Class of 2017 prospect currently has four college offers and is receiving interest from several other schools including Illinois and Stanford. Remsberg has also visited a number of college campuses including Alabama and Notre Dame.

The senior star is working hard to become bigger and faster so he can help his team succeed in as many ways as possible.

In an exclusive Recruiting News Guru interview, I sat down with Kade to talk about his career at Newton Christian and his recruiting process.
