Saturday morning, a week before the 2015 college football season begins for the Hogs, a second player was arrested in Fayetteville in as many days on alcohol related charges when local police picked up true freshman punter Blake Johnson.

Johnson, 18, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. Saturday after police caught him urinating on a light pole on campus. The U of A Police Department arrested the California native (Long Beach) charging him with public intoxication, minor in possession of alcohol, and disorderly conduct. Johnson was released from Washington County Detention Center just before noon on Saturday.

On Friday another true freshman was arrested when tight end C.J. O’Grady (Fayetteville) was charged with a DWI, minor in possession of alcohol, no proof of insurance, and a broken tail light.

Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema had cleaned up a lot of the off the field problems that had come to plague the Razorbacks football program during the Bobby Petrino years. The Razorbacks as a team had gone two years and 10 days without an arrest until sophomore defensive end Tevin Beanum (Forrest City, AR) was arrested for a DWI on Feb. 22.
