South Carolina Adds 4-Star 2017 Georgia WR Chad Terrell

The Gamecocks got a really nice addition to their 2017 recruiting class on Friday when Georgia wide receiver Chad Terrell pledged to South Carolina.
Terrell has been a beast on the gridiron for North Paulding High School over the last two seasons. During his junior season, Terrell hauled in 51 passes for 826 yards with 10 scores against 7A competition. The Wolfpack took their lumps during the 2015 season but have rebounded this year going 7-3 thus far. Terrell has not disappointed fans with 55 receptions covering 1,077 yards with 15 scores, all team-highs.
South Carolina was one of over 20 schools to extend a scholarship offer to Terrell. Among the many included Oregon, Georgia Tech, Kansas State, Middle Tennessee State, Minnesota, North Carolina State, Troy, Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, and Ole Miss.
Rivals ranks South Carolina’s class No. 9 in the nation with eight four-star recruits. 247Sports rates the group No. 14 in the nation, No. 7 overall in the SEC.
