When you are the No. 1 rated offensive guard in the nation (Rivals), every other coach in the nation is after you. This is the story of 2017 St. John Bosco talent Wyatt Davis. Davis is a tackle for Bosco, but regardless of position, he is a top priority for all Power Five Conference teams hoping to solidify their line for years to come.

Davis (6-4, 318) has been a two-year starter for one of the top programs in the nation helping the Braves to back-to-back appearances in the California state championship game. The Los Angeles area talent has over 20 scholarship offers and is set on visiting as many top programs as he can during the offseason. One of the first ones on the list was Alabama a couple of weeks ago and USC on Saturday. Upcoming stops include UCLA, Tennessee, Cal, Oregon, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Florida, Ole Miss, Notre Dame, Michigan, Georgia, Nebraska, and Washington among others.

In a Recruiting News Guru exclusive interview, I caught up with Davis at the Nike Opening regional in Los Angeles to talk about his weekend visit to USC and received an overall recruiting update.
