The Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl is one of the top high school all-star games in the nation year after year. The 2016 collection of talent is no different with all of the talented recruits ready to make their mark in front of a national television audience representing their high schools, state, future collegiate programs, and the U.S. Marines on Jan. 3, airing on FOX Sports 1.

Some 90 players are expected to suit up for the big game but before getting one last high school showcase game in before National Signing Day in February, the Semper Fi invitees are going through the ringer in practice preparing for the big event. Recruiting News Guru caught up with the West squad practice on Friday watching the offensive linemen and defensive lineman go full tilt in one-on-one battles.
